Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory Technician

This position requires variable shifts, which may include five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or a combination of two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts.

Job Description

The Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory provides a range of services including:

• Cardiac catheterization
• Angiography
• Peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement
• Venography
• Cardiac pacemaker insertions
• A variety of non-vascular interventional procedures

Both inpatient and one-day outpatient services are offered.

On Call Requirements

The role involves being on-call for 8 to 12 days per month, including one full weekend every month.

Required Experience and Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience
• BLS (AHA) certification
• RCIS certification
• ACLS (AHA) certification
