Travel ICU Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Travel ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. This role requires advanced clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient condition and response to treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatments.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Must reside 50+ miles away from the facility.
