Job Description

Join our dynamic Emergency Department serving as a Registered Nurse, providing exceptional care in a high-volume, Level II trauma center. You will be a crucial part of a team that is recognized for outstanding performance in patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department, managing patient loads efficiently.
• Perform triage, assessment, and intervention based on patients' immediate needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to deliver high-quality medical care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and overall wellness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS prior to start date; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a busy, high-traffic ED preferred.
