Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule

Shift: 06:30-19:00, with every third weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients recovering from various conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform medical procedures with precision.
• Monitor patient progress and contribute to their individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license and active registration.
• Preferred experience in Rehabilitation or Long-term Care settings.
• Exposure to Med-Surgical nursing preferred.
