Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced medical equipment and protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering appropriate interventions.
• Manage critical care equipment including IV pumps, telemetry monitors, and ventilators.
• Perform complex clinical procedures such as intubation, chest tube insertion, and central line placement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment and care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Telemetry experience is a must; PCU or ICU experience preferred.
• Experience with critical drips and ventilator management.
