7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12 Hour Nights) / 36 Hour Guarantee

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients during their shift. This role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on age-specific criteria and clinical skills. The RN collaborates with non-RN staff including LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, providing guidance and support in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs based on clinical knowledge.
• Plan and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and supervise non-RN staff on patient care procedures.
• Float to all units as required, providing flexible support where needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ Years of Emergency Department experience - Required
• Current Skills Checklist in Emergency Room - Required
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification - Required
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification - Required
• Active American Heart Association PALS certification - Required
• Active TNCC Certification - Required
• Active Ohio RN or Compact RN License - Required
