Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including geriatric patients and the occasional pediatrics. The nurse will work closely with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg patients in accordance with best practices and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required. PALS preferred for core staff.
• Experience with telemetry preferred.
