Registered Respiratory Therapist (PEDS, NICU, PICU, CVICU)

Day shift: 3x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide high-level respiratory care for pediatric patients in the NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings. The role may require floating to other facilities including Shaker Children's Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced respiratory care for a variety of pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Administer treatments, evaluate patient responses, and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Participate in patient education and support families in understanding respiratory care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric high-level care setting (NICU, PICU, CVICU).
• Active Ohio RRT license required.
• Certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP & PALS.
