OR Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, 3x12hr nights. There may be weekend shifts based on the need. No call required. Please note that this schedule is variable.

Job Description

The OR Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care within the operating room environment. The RN will work closely with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and facilitate optimal surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating room.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure comfort before, during, and after surgery.
• Administer medications and manage patient care as required.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and effective communication throughout surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license (state-specific).
• Experience in the operating room setting preferred.
• Completion of a Trinity Skills Checklist is required prior to onboarding.
• Additional certifications may be required as per the facility's policies.
