Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Schedule

Night shift, 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery department. This role will involve providing care to mothers and newborns, working in a high-paced environment with a focus on couplet care. The ideal candidate will have experience in Labor & Delivery and will be prepared to handle a variety of situations and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in Labor & Delivery and postpartum settings.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
• Provide education and support to mothers and families.
• Act as a resource and advocate for patients in the care team.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery; 3 years preferred.
• Current RN license.
• Certifications: NRP, EFM, and ACLS required.
• Experience with patient ratios of 3-4 couplets.
