Registered Nurse - Perioperative

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse - Perioperative will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting. The RN will work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective perioperative experience for patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia support.
• Prepare and maintain an aseptic environment during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and other healthcare staff during operations.
• Provide post-operative care and education to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in perioperative nursing preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
