Mobile MRI Technologist

Job Description

The Mobile MRI Technologist will perform high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols on diverse patient populations for physician interpretation. This position requires expertise in various MRI procedures and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI examinations and ensure high-quality imaging.
• Follow established protocols and safety standards during procedures.
• Assist in patient education and preparation for MRI scans.
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic records system.
• Maintain MRI equipment and report any malfunctions as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts. The standard working hours are from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with flexibility for 4x10 or 3x12 shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience is required.
• Certification in BLS and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT is necessary.
• Radiation badge provided by the agency is required.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is essential; knowledge of Epic and Sectra is preferred.
