CT Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

PM shifts consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Includes call and holiday rotation with occasional third-shift coverage.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform a variety of imaging procedures utilizing CT technology, ensuring patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality results. This role requires a strong understanding of Siemens equipment, as well as clinical skills in contrast administration, venipuncture, and various CT studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT imaging procedures as per physician orders.
• Prepare and administer contrast agents as required.
• Perform trauma studies and triple phase studies.
• Facilitate CT perfusion and CTA exams.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and protocols for patient care.
• Complete required documentation and reports of imaging findings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT (CT) certification.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• Strong experience with Siemens imaging technology.
• Completion of fingerprints upon booking is mandatory; start with results pending is not permitted.
