Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being during their stay. The RN will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with patient evaluations, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and evaluations of patient health.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN License.
• Completion of required competency and health history forms including drug screenings and vaccines.
• Professional certifications as applicable to the role.
