Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

Every other weekend and every other holiday, with a shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to improve patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form completion.
• Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, and various health history verifications required for onboarding.
