Travel ICU Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM, with every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be prepared to float to Telemetry units as necessary. This role demands exceptional nursing skills and the ability to provide effective patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Open Heart Surgery experience preferred
• Impella experience preferred
