Cardio-Vascular Radiological Technologist for Cath Lab

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities for 9-10 shifts per month and one weekend per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardio-Vascular Radiological Technologist for our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate must possess prior cath lab experience and be proficient in invasive radiological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing and monitoring during invasive radiological procedures.
• Implementing sterile techniques and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Participating in catheterization procedures including angiograms, PCIs, and complex cases.
• Providing STEMI coverage and operating devices such as Impella and IABP.
• Monitoring and recording data on MacLab; training available for MacLab use.
• Restocking and managing supplies in the procedure rooms.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Cath Lab experience and be ARRT certified; RCIS certifications will not be accepted.
• Experience scrubbing procedures including peripheral interventions and structural heart cases is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of related products and proficiency in sterile technique.
