Night shift 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, specifically handling neurosurgery cases. Proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment and contrast skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients with a focus on neurosurgery cases.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Administer contrast media as required and manage pre/post-procedure care.
• Utilize PACS for image processing and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff to support patient care.
• Participate in on-call shifts as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Certification: BLS, ARRT Advanced, and Florida state license required.
• Must be knowledgeable in neuro exams, vascular exams, and pre/post-neurosurgery exams.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions accepted for medical or religious reasons.
