• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

No weekends required.

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide specialized therapeutic services in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on neurological conditions. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients with neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques and equipment to improve patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient clinics.
• SC or Multistate Compact PT License is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred experience in neurological rehabilitation including conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and stroke rehabilitation.
