Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule

Full-time nights with a varied schedule including 2-night shifts and a mid-shift per week. Holiday and weekend rotation included.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will plan and provide total patient care through the nursing process, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The successful candidate will direct patient teaching and guide the activities of ancillary personnel, ensuring adherence to professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide patient education and support throughout the healthcare process.
• Oversee and direct the activities of ancillary nursing personnel.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and practice guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
