Operating Room Nurse - Evening Shift

Schedule

4 shifts per week, each lasting 7.5 hours, with a shift time from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse to join our team, responsible for performing all types of surgeries, including General, Urology, GYN, ENT, Vascular, Pain Management, and Orthopedic procedures. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams and provides comprehensive patient care in the operating room setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all surgical procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and post-operative recovery.
• Participate in the training and orientation of new staff, if applicable.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room nursing role.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Active nursing license relevant to the state of practice.
