Registered Nurse - Neuro/Stroke Experience

Schedule

This position requires a work shift from 07:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with on-call duties from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM on weekends. On-call availability is required every other week, totaling about 10-15 days per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with neuro and stroke experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing care to patients experiencing neurological issues and strokes, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neuro and stroke conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in neuro and stroke nursing is essential.
• Completion of required health and safety certifications, including Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B, and others as outlined in the onboarding requirements.
• Ability to verify credentials and background checks as part of the onboarding process.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
