Registered Nurse - NICU

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with on-call requirements and 4 weekend shifts scheduled.

Job Description

The NICU RN will be responsible for providing top-notch nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level 4 NICU setting. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Providing emotional support to families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required.
• Experience in a Level 4 NICU is highly preferred.
• Current RN license.
