Schedule

8-hour day shifts with guaranteed 36 hours, with the expectation to work up to 40 hours weekly. Overtime must be pre-approved by the director.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have previous outpatient experience, though new graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions for a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day while striving to meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Float to other clinics within the region as required.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not mandatory for new graduates.
