Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services to patients requiring physical therapy. The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding home exercise programs and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active or pending New Jersey Physical Therapy license or NJ Compact Privilege at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
