Job Description

The X-Ray Technician will be responsible for performing imaging procedures and ensuring the highest level of patient care. The role requires compliance with safety standards and regulations, as well as effective communication with patients and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-Ray imaging procedures as per physician orders.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Provide excellent patient care and support during the imaging process.
• Document patient information and exam results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active X-Ray Technician licensure/verification.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Ability to obtain the EDAP I and II or ENPC certificates within 60 days for ER work.
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or declination required.
• Drug screen and background check may be pending to start.
