CT Technician

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:30 - 19:00). May rotate into night/weekend shifts as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technician to provide high-quality imaging services. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a high level of quality assurance. This role requires a commitment to patient care and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures as requested by physicians.
• Administer contrast media and prepare patients for scanning.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure proper patient identification and safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technical staff for optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports using EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT (R) and (CT) certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging.
• Experience with GE scanners, specifically the Revolution CT.
• Must be able to work on call for 2 shifts per month.
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
