Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience with orthopedic assessments and treatments, as well as a strong background in managing vestibular patients. You will be joining a team of three clinicians focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to meet patient needs.
• Manage a case load of 12-14 patients per day, meeting a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Participate in clinical discussions and collaborate with team members to enhance patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment results in compliance with clinic standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in North Carolina.
• Previous outpatient experience is preferred.
• New graduates and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) are not accepted for this position.
• Approved overtime hours before working beyond the contracted schedule.
