AM Shift: 5 × 8 hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with recent home health experience for a contract position. The RN will provide care in various locations, including Kitnersville, Doylestown, Jamison, Hatboro, Warrington, and Willow Grove, with a possible extension to other areas within a 60-mile radius. The RN will be expected to perform various nursing duties, including start of cares, resumption of cares, recertifications, discharges, and routine visits.

Responsibilities

• Start of Cares: 2.5 points
• Resumption of Cares: 2 points
• Recerts: 1.75 points
• Discharges: 1.5 points
• Routine Visits: 0.9 points

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required
• Recent Home Health experience
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred; candidates without experience may be considered at a reduced rate with manager training approval
