Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift with a 4x10-hour schedule from 07:00 to 17:30. On-call required from 5 PM to 8 AM, Monday through Friday, with 24-hour coverage on weekends. Weekend coverage is also required on an on-call basis.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasonographer with experience in various ultrasound modalities, including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, obstetrics, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiograms, and contrast echo. The successful candidate will work in a short-term acute care setting and may assist in precepting clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to adult echo and contrast echo.
• Provide high-quality images and reports for diagnostic purposes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist in training or precepting new staff members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 1 year of ultrasound experience in a multispecialty environment.
• BLS certification.
• ARDMS, ARDMS VT, CCI, or RDCS certification required.
• Valid state license (Compact license must be in hand at submission).
