Nursing Position - Acute Rehab and Acute Care Hospital

This position requires working every other weekend, with shifts from 08:15 AM to 04:45 PM.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will work in an acute rehab and acute care hospital setting, delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patients' recovery and manage their rehabilitation plans effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid nursing license applicable to the state.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Current health screenings and immunizations as outlined in the onboarding requirements.
