Skilled Nursing Facility - Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Rehabilitation Specialist with at least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Proficiency with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is preferred. The ideal candidate must hold an active California license.

This position operates on a day shift schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) strongly preferred
• Current and active California license required
