Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent nursing care while adhering to the staffing needs of the facility. This includes managing patient assessments, care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification.
• Minimum two years of Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
