Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
