CT Technologist - Per Diem

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts available: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, and 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM. Rotating schedule.

Job Description

The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality imaging services. The role involves supporting the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring the processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage quality imaging services for patients.
• Assist the Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
• Maintain equipment functionality and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• CT license must be up to date.
• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• CT ARRT Certification required effective 07/01/2015.
• Must maintain BCLS (AHA) certification.
• Proficient computer skills.
