Registered Nurse - Acute Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with acute rehabilitation experience or a willingness to float to the acute rehab unit with proper orientation. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the acute rehabilitation setting.
• Assist with the rehabilitation process and facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic charting systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in California.
• Current certifications as required by the role.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
