Schedule

Shift: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 06:30 PM to 07:00 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered care, managing assessments, planning care, and implementing treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify care needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Complete health clearance including required immunizations.
• Completion of the Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Criminal Background Check and other professional documentation as required.
