Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Floater

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, including every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Med/Surg Floater. The ideal candidate will be willing to float across various medical-surgical floors, including Ortho, Med-surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Telemetry. The position may also require floating to our WestLakes Campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across multiple units.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Background in medical-surgical nursing is preferred.
• Ability to comply with all onboarding health requirements, including drug screening and immunizations.
