Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) or 4x12-hour shifts as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes, and adhering to all safety and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory conditions and care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document related therapies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Current RRT license in Ohio required.
• Active NBRC certification and AHA BLS certification required at time of submission.
• Candidates must be nicotine-free and submit to a 10-panel drug screen.
• Two professional references from a clinical supervisor or manager within the last 12 months required.
