Day shift: 5x8 hours (08:00 - 16:00)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Consultant/Educator to join our team. This role requires a strong background in wound care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care education to staff and patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in wound management.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wound care.
• Current PA or Compact License required at the time of submission.
• Certifications: WOCN or WCC required (pending certification accepted).
• BLS certification required.
