7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with on-call requirement approximately once per month from 11 PM - 7 AM for Trauma call.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse to join our team specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures at our Level One Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in surgical nursing, exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The RN must be competent in Robotics (Davinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomy's, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomy's, Cystectomy's, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopy's, and Ureteroscopy's. The nurse must be comfortable with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical nursing care in a Level One Trauma Center environment.
• Perform and assist with various gynecological and genitourinary surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation utilizing Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards within the operating room.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Nurse, specifically in a Level One Trauma Center.
• Competence in Robotics (Davinci Xi) and various surgical procedures as specified.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Proof of flu vaccination required.
