Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights, 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with two weekends required in each four-week schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist, either RRT or CRT, to provide exceptional patient care in a 375-bed hospital setting. The selected candidate will work with adult and pediatric populations, including recent experience in NICU. You will have the opportunity to work with Draeger ventilators and BiPAPs while utilizing EPIC EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions for adult and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff to determine patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Pennsylvania RT license required (must have license in hand).
• Recent experience working in NICU is strongly preferred.
