Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid nursing license and be available to start on or after August 3rd. This unit is a 20-bed mixed medical and surgical ICU, providing care for critically ill patients with varying acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, adhering to protocols and standards.
• Manage critical care equipment and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop patient care plans.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line insertions, intubation, and thoracentesis.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current valid nursing license in New Hampshire.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Telemetry experience required; prior ICU experience preferred.
• Experience with critical drips, ventilators, and advanced life support equipment is a plus.
