Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with a mixed patient population and will be responsible for conducting evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans without the need for scheduling or performing insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations with patients.
• Provide 40-minute follow-up therapy sessions.
• Maintain a productivity goal of 70% (2.7 units per hour, with evaluations weighted based on complexity).
• Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR for documentation.
• Collaborate with on-site management to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience with outpatient therapy preferred.
