Varied shifts including 1-2, 9-5, 11-7, 1-9, 3-11; weekend hours every other week as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse specialized in the Operating Room to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures in a variety of specialties.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques are followed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and administer medications as needed.
• Provide post-operative care and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• CPI/HWC certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant OR experience strongly preferred.
