Job Description

Join our dedicated team as an Occupational Therapist in our Rehab Services unit. We focus on delivering exceptional care to swing bed patients in a critical access hospital setting. Your role will involve evaluating and treating patients with a strong rehab mindset, emphasizing comprehensive therapy over mere evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Optimize the use of available equipment in our newly renovated rehab gym.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a rehab setting.
