Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Seasonal Travel RN for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast-paced acute care environment and be capable of providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to labor and delivery patients, ensuring high standards of practice and adherence to protocols.
• Assist in vaginal and cesarean deliveries, as well as other gynecological procedures.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and implement appropriate interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Labor and Delivery experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN certifications.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
• PACU and OR experience is a plus.
