Job Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist in a community hospital dedicated to personalized care. The facility offers a range of services including 24/7 emergency care, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, and long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish plans of care.
• Assist with rounds and care conferences as needed.
• Communicate frequently with the rehabilitation team regarding patient progress and discharge needs.
• Provide treatment in various settings, including patients' rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and a rehab gym.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a current North Carolina Physical Therapy license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospital and/or nursing home settings preferred.
