Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift availability: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend requirements include working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in medical-surgical and telemetry settings, demonstrating competency in handling a variety of patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Utilization of Rapid Response/Code teams as necessary.
• Providing peripheral line care and management.
• Administering oxygen and managing non-invasive airway management.
• Adhering to isolation precautions and proper use of PPE.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in Med Surg/Tele.
• Current New York State RN License.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Ability to float as required by facility needs.
