8-hour day shift, with a commitment to 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours weekly.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient services, with preferred experience but new graduates are welcomed to apply. The role involves managing a patient caseload, ensuring high-quality patient care, and meeting productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Possibility of double-booking follow-up visits.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Licensure in the appropriate field (specific requirements may vary based on specialty).
• New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
